Pre-ordered/Regular Sales items are non-returnable and non-refundable, but one time exchange is allow if you have ordered the wrong size. Fee will be covered by the brand.
On Sales/Mark Down price item are non-returnable and non-refundable and we do not cover ONE TIME FREE EXCHANGE if you ordered the wrong size.
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your date of receiving the garment, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. The only exception to the above term is if there is a reaction to any of the products, in which case we would require proof of the reaction (in the form of an image).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. These are situations where return and exchange are not granted:
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is not returned within 60 days of delivery.
If item(s) received are in accordance to our return and exchange policy, your exchange will be processed accordingly. You can expect the exchanged item back within 14 working days, excluding weekend. And a tracking number will be email to you.
If you haven’t received your exchange yet, email us first at email@example.com and we will check on behalf with the postage provider to find out its delivery status.
To return a product, you do not required to send the parcel back to us. We will send our courier company to pick up the wrong size ordered and exchange the right size. This process applied in United States, New Zealand, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Europe and Hong Kong. Shipping fee for pick up and return will be covered for the one time size exchange.
Depending on where you live, the total processing time for an exchange may vary.
