Shipping policy
All deliveries are made by registered mail/courier and will have tracking facilities.
PRE-ORDER
• Pre-ordered items are non-returnable and non-refundable, but one time exchange is allow if you have ordered the wrong size. Fee will be covered by the brand.
• Should the pre-ordered item(s)’ size deem unsuitable, one size exchange of the same product is allowed within 60 days from the date you received the garment. Just notify us via written email to my.ashirtbyadamliew@adamliew.com. Pickup will be arranged and shipment fee will be covered by A Shirt by Adam Liew.

• During festive periods and major sales promotion period, we seek your understanding in expecting a longer delivery time. A Shirt by Adam Liew will notify you via email on expected delivery time.
• Free Shipping to United States, Canada, New Zealand, Peninsular Malaysia, East Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Europe and Australia.
• Deliveries are only done during weekdays, exclusive of Saturdays and Sundays.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your online purchase(s) is complete you will receive an email notification with order confirmation and delivery details. A link will be provided so you can track the status of your parcel delivery at any time.
